We had a great stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding forest. the breakfast provided was delicious and there was a variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and responsive, always willing to help. the pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. a lovely place to stay with great amenities.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and could be improved.

My stay at Boutique Casa Del Rio was truly amazing! The moment I arrived, I was greeted at the gate and taken to my bungalow in a golf cart. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens, a pool, hot tub, and even a water slide! The room itself was a dream. I couldn't believe I got all this for such an affordable price. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the fried plantain empanadas. And the best part? I got to see tropical birds, baby monkeys, and even a momma sloth and her baby from my balcony. It truly felt like living in the Costa Rica of my dreams.

The only drawback I experienced was the somewhat long walk into the town center, but taxis are readily available and affordable. It would have also been nice to have fresh towels and the bin emptied during my stay.

The property seemed to be going through some changes as they expand, and it was evident in the communication and lack of front desk or reception. The Wi-Fi occasionally didn't work, and the only way to reach staff was through WhatsApp.

our stay at casa del rio was amazing. the grounds were beautiful and there was so much to do. everyone was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. the pool and water slide were a hit with our kids. overall, casa del rio exceeded our expectations and we loved our stay.
